- 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 1/2 frozen berries (berries can include strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2-4 ice cubes (optional)
- a handful of spinach (optional)
Add berries, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and almond butter to the blender. Blend for 1 minute until desired consistency.
