On a cold day there is nothing better than chili! But for all of you Paleo diehards that can pose an issue. Well, you're in luck! Here is an incredible Paleo Chili With Grass-fed Beef recipe! Impress your friends with this new recipe as it is perfect for the upcoming NCAA March Madness!
2 pounds of grass fed ground beef
3 cloves garlic chopped
4 tablespoons oil
2 cups onion diced
2 cups celery chopped
2 cups carrots diced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups zucchini diced
1, 28 oz can tomato sauce
1, 28 oz package diced tomatoes
Brown beef with 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot with garlic added.
Saute on medium until beef is cooked.
Place beef in a bowl.
Add balance of oil, onions, celery, carrots and spices to the pot.
Cook until tender about 10 minutes.
Add beef, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes to the pot.
Then simmer for a half hour. Enjoy!
